Part-Time Nursing Tutor, Caregiver Training Initiative (Multiple Positions)
QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Documented successful achievement of skills and/or knowledge base in specified subject areas in the field of study; recommendations by associate degree nursing or practical nursing faculty members responsible for specified subject areas; ability to understand and follow basic written and verbal instructions.
DUTIES: Provides skill or subject matter assistance to individual or groups of students currently enrolled in the associate degree nursing or practical nursing programs at Wallace Community College, with specific emphasis on first semester level nursing courses.
Demonstrates model work ethic skills related to reporting to work on time, accurately performing duties, documenting services rendered, and demonstrating a caring attitude toward students, faculty, and grant personnel. Maintains confidentiality in matters related to job performance.
SALARY: $10.00 per hour, not to exceed 19 hours per week.
