WCCD Spring Semester Parking Tips

As many of you know, the new Health Science Building opened the first day of spring semester. This created a movement of students from the east side of campus to the new building, creating a greater demand for parking spaces adjacent to Wallace Drive. The College has begun work on a new parking lot bordered by Cunningham Drive, Wallace Drive, and Governor Drive.

The map below will help you “navigate” the campus to find available parking places. Please review and make sure that you are parking in an appropriate location:

Parking Tips:

  • There are under-utilized parking spaces next to Cherry Hall and in the lots in front of the former health science buildings.
  • The grass parking area currently used on Wallace Drive (in front of the apartments) is private property. Park at your own risk
  • Midland Michigan Avenue (next to the parking lot on Wallace Drive) IS A PUBLIC ROAD. Vehicles blocking this road are subject to be moved at owner’s expense.
  • Vehicles parked on the grass median between the Wallace Drive parking lot and the railroad are at risk of being damaged. In addition, the RR is currently working on the tracks!
If you have any problems with your vehicle while on campus, please contact the WCC Police at (334) 798-1381.
