How to Register


Students may register for classes through traditional means or they may register on the web. Click (link to pin help page) to obtain information about your PIN. New students and transfer students may not utilize the web registration process to complete their first registration with the College. These students must first meet with an advisor and be authorized to utilize the system. Once a PIN number has been authorized, new and transfer students may complete future registrations on the Web.

Payment of tuition and fees is the final step in the registration process. If tuition and fees are not paid by the designated date each term, all classes for applicable students will be removed from the computer system and students will be required to have classes entered again. If classes are removed from the computer system, there is no guarantee that the same classes will be available.

If students are receiving financial assistance and will be paying all tuition and fees with these funds, an advisor may charge tuition and fees to financial aid at the point the schedule is entered. If this process is used, it is not necessary for the student to report to the Business Office for payment.

Additionally, all students can complete their registration on-line through myWCC (https://wcadmin.wallace.edu/cgi-bin/advlogin.mbr/login) by charging tuition to financial aid and/or a credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

First-Time College Student
All new first-time college students are required to attend a Student Orientation Advising and Registration (SOAR) session that is conducted by the College. During this session, students are acquainted with College facilities and processes, advised of appropriate classes, and registered for appropriate classes. SOAR sessions will be scheduled by the Admissions and Records Office when a student completes the admissions and placement testing process.

Readmitted Students
  • All previously enrolled students who are seeking readmission to the College should follow the registration procedures below:
    • Apply for readmission to the College by completing an Admissions Application. Applications for Admissions may be obtained online (http://www.wallace.edu/admissions/online_application.aspx) or from Enrollment Services in Grimsley Hall on the Wallace Campus and Student Services in the Administration Building on the Sparks Campus.
    • Meet with faculty advisor (or another advisor in the same department) for advising and data entry of schedule or to be web authorized for web registration.
    • Pay or charge tuition online through myWCC or at the Business Office in Grimsley Hall on the Wallace Campus and the Bookstore/Cashier in the Administration Building on the Sparks Campus.

Currently Enrolled Students
All currently enrolled students should follow the registration procedures below:
  • Meet with faculty advisor (or another advisor in the same department) for advising and data entry of schedule or to be web authorized for web registration.

Pay or charge tuition online through myWCC or at the Business Office Grimsley Hall on the Wallace Campus and the Bookstore/Cashier in the Administration Building on the Sparks Campus.
