The TRiO Student Support Services application is for students attending Wallace Community College. Please refer to Benefits and Eligibility Requirements of SSS before completing the application to ensure you meet the requirements of the program.

You may need to create one on your computer. Once you have filled out the necessary forms, click the Submit button on the last page of the application. You may be directed to send it via email depending on the email source you use. If possible, please attach any tax forms at that time before submitting the email. You may also print and mail in the application, including any additional documentation required, to the corresponding campus listed below.
