Just ask the Enterprise State Boll Weevils if there is anything routine about a routine fly ball. In their first game against the Wallace Govs Saturday afternoon, the score was tied 2-2 in the eighth inning. With the bases loaded and two outs, the Govs’ Taye Larry hit what should have been a “routine” fly ball to right field that would have ended the inning.

Wallace handles Enterprise with ease2010-03-26
It didn’t take long to figure out how the Wallace Govs game against Enterprise State would turn out Friday afternoon. When the Boll Weevils started the game by committing two errors and allowing the first two Wallace hitters to reach base, it was a sign of things to come. Not only did those first two runners scored, the Govs went on to a 7-2 victory.
