How To Install WinZip
The following steps will allow you to properly install the WinZip application to your computer.
STEP 1:
From your computer's desktop locate and double click on the WinZip's "Setup" application.
STEP 2:
Now click on the "Run" button.
STEP 3:
To begin the installation click on the "Setup" button.
STEP 4:
Notice the default "Install to:" path. Do not to change it. Now click on the "OK" button.
STEP 5:
Click on the "Next" button .
STEP 6:
Now click the "Yes" button on the License Agreement window.
STEP 7:
Click the "Next" button.
STEP 8:
Make sure that the "Start with WinZip Classic" option is selected, then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 9:
Now click on the "Next" button to start the "Express setup" as recommended below.
STEP 10:
This portion of the setup will allow the application to associate itself with all supported archive types. Click the "Next" button.
STEP 11:
Now click on the "Finish" button. I suggest that you do not delete the installation file just in case you need to re-install it in the future if problems occur.
STEP 12:
WinZip was successfully installed. Now click on the "Close" button.
