How To Add a Movie to a PowerPoint Presentation
This page will tell you how to add a movie clip to your
PowerPoint Presentation.


STEP 1:
From the Toolbar in PowerPoint, click on the "Insert" button.


STEP 2:
Now click on the "Movies and Sounds" button.

STEP 3:
Now select the "Movie from File" button.

STEP 4:
Now you need to locate the file that you want to add. If you need to change folders, then you should use the dropdown box to find the appropriate folder.

STEP 5:
Now you need to locate the file that you want to add, and select it by left clicking it.

STEP 6:
Once you have selected the appropriate file, then you need to click the "OK" button on the bottom right.

Step 7:
Once you click "OK" a box will appear asking if you want to play the movie automatically when the slide opens.
OR:
If you want to play it on mouse click.

Step 8:
You will add the movie to the selected slide. You can now make the movie screen bigger or smaller by dragging the corners. Now click the "Save" button on the toolbar.
