How To Insert a Chart into a PowerPoint Presentation
This page will tell you how to change the order of the slides in a PowerPoint Presentation.

STEP 1:
From the Toolbar in PowerPoint, click on the "Insert" button.

STEP 2:
Now click on the "Chart" button. This will open the chart and place it onto the current slide.

STEP 3:
Now that the chart has been inserted, you can use the datasheet to modify the data you want shown. The column headings is what is visable on the bottom of the chart, in our case the different quarters. The row headings are what each bar represents, in our case the different divisions of the company. You can add more headings to the chart if needed

STEP 4:
Once you have edited your data, you can close the datasheet and continue to work on the rest of the presentation.

STEP 5:
Click the little disk icon on the toolbar to SAVE the presentation.
