How To Move Slides in a PowerPoint Presentation
This page will tell you how to change the order of the slides in a PowerPoint Presentation.
STEP 1:
Click the icon at the bottom left of the window that looks like the following picture. It should say "Normal View" when you hover over the button.
STEP 2:
Now that you can see all the slides on the right side of the screen, you will now need to just click the slide you want to move. This will put a blue box around the slide that is selected.
STEP 3:
Click and Drag the slide you want to move to the place you want it moved to. As you can see, in the image below, the arrow has a little box with it showing you are moving a slide. Also, you notice the line between slides 5 and 6, this shows where the slide will be placed.
STEP 4:
Now you can see that the slide that use to be at the number 4 posistion, has been moved to the number 5.
STEP 5:
Click the little disk icon on the toolbar to SAVE the presentation.
