How To Burn a PowerPoint Presentation to a CD
This page will tell you how to burn a PowerPoint Presentation to a CD for use on another machine. This is so you can take the presentation to another computer and view it properly. This program includes a viewer, just incase the computer you use doesn't have PowerPoint. The computer must have Windows 98 or later on it though.

STEP 1:
From the Toolbar in PowerPoint, click on the "File" button.

STEP 2:
Now click on the "Package to CD" button.

STEP 3:
If you would like to add more presentations to the CD, then you will need to click the "Add Files" button. You will then search for the other files and add them.

STEP 4:
Once you have all the files you want to be on the CD, you will need to make sure you have a Blank CD in your burner and click the "Copy to CD" button.
