How To Save As a PowerPoint Show Presentation Only
This page will tell you how to save a presentation as a show only. This means that no one can modify the presentation, they can just run it as a show.

STEP 1:
From the Toolbar in PowerPoint, click on the "File" button.

STEP 2:
Now click on the "Save As" button.

STEP 3:
Once the "Save As" box apprears, you need to click on the drop-down arrow at the bottom of the box.

STEP 4:
Select the "PowerPoint Show (*.pps)" option from the list of possible file types.

STEP 5:
Make sure your show is named something that you will recognize and that it is in a place you can find it, it should already have the name of the presentation in the name box as well as be saved in the same folder as the presentation. Once you have it named properly, you then click the "Save" button.
