How To View a PowerPoint Presentation as a Show
This page will tell you how to view a PowerPoint Presentation as a show.
STEP 1:
From the Toolbar in PowerPoint, click on the "View" button.
STEP 2:
Now click on the "Slide Show" button.
STEP 3:
Once the show comes up, you can advance to the next slide by either just clicking the mouse button, the right arrow on the keyboard, or by clicking the right arrow in the bottom left corner of the slide show screen.
STEP 4:
To go back a slide, you can either click the left arrow button the keyboard or the left arrow in the bottom left of the slide show screen.
STEP 5:
There are other options under the menu at the bottom left of the slide show screen.
STEP 6:
By clicking the menu button at the bottom, you will have this menu come up that gives you options. The most needed one in here will be the "End Show" option. You can also end the show by clicking the Esc button on your keyboard.
