How To Change the Slide Designs of a PowerPoint Presentation
This page will tell you how to change the background design of either a single slide or all the slides in a PowerPoint Presentation.
STEP 1:
From the Toolbar in PowerPoint, click on the "Format" button.
STEP 2:
Now click on the "Slide Design" button.
STEP 3:
The box menu below will appear on the right of the screen. You will then click the little arrow beside the design you want to use for options.
STEP 4:
The menu below will appear below your arrow. You can apply the design to the selected slide only by clicking here.
STEP 5:
You can also apply the selected design to all the slides in the presentation by clicking here.
STEP 6:
Click the little disk icon on the toolbar to SAVE the presentation.
