How To Import a Text File in Respondus
Respondus allows you to import multiple choice, true-false, paragraph, short answer, matching, and multiple response questions from a file. The questions must be organized in a format that is acceptable to Respondus and the file must be stored in text (.txt) or rich-text (.rtf) format.
STEP 1:
From the Respondus "Start" menu click on the "Import Questions" task.

STEP 2:
The following dialog will appear. Select items 1-4 to complete the form. For a complete set of instructions for communicating with the Import Questions dialog and familiarizing yourself with the Standard Format for importing files click here. Then choose the "Preview" button to check for warnings or problems before importing the file. Finally click on the "Finish" button to complete the process.

STEP 3:
Click on the "OK" button once the file is saved.
