How To collect quizzes, or surveys from WebCT 4.1 to Respondus
Respondus allows you to retrieve quizzes or surveys from WebCT 4.1 so that you can later publish them to other Course Management Systems such as WebCT CE 6.

STEP 1:
From Respondus select the correct personality for the Course Management System. In this case WebCT 3.x-4.x.

STEP 2:
Now click on the tab "Retrieval & Reports".

STEP 3:
In this step, click on the "Retrieve Questions " tab.

STEP 4:
Click on the "Scroll Down" button to select a previously configured server, or to add a new server to configure.

STEP 5:
From the WebCT Server Settings window complete item 1 by copying and pasting the WebCT "Wallace Online" login page address into this field. Login to a Wallace Online course and copy and paste this address into the field for item 2. Next click on the "Extract" button. The necessary information will be extracted to the corresponding fields. Complete items 4 & 5. Check or uncheck the box as desired to remember your User Name and Password. Click on the "OK" button.

STEP 6:
From the "Retrieve Questions" window select the quiz, survey, or category as desired. Enter a name for the new file, then click on the "Retrieve" button.

STEP 7:
Once the quiz, survey, or category is retrieved and saved, then click on the "OK" button.
