How To Use the Quick Copy Wizard in StudyMate
The Quick Copy Wizard is the easiest way to select and copy items from two or more StudyMate files.

STEP 1:
From the StudyMate "Start" menu click on the "Quick Copy Wizard " button.

STEP 2:
The first page of the wizard provides the option of creating a new file or opening an existing StudyMate file and then copying items to it. Make your selection and click on the "Next" button. Note - In this session we are creating a "New File". For further details on using the Quick Copy Wizard click here.

STEP 3:
Provide a name and a description for the file to be created, then click on the "Next" button. Note - the name for the file and the description are required fields.

STEP 4:
Select the source file containing the items to be copied by pointing and click on the file name. Next, click on the "Select" button. Proceed to the next page by clicking on the "Next" button.

STEP 5:
Locate and select the file to copy items from (1 and 2). Decide the number of items that are available to select and type the number of items to select (3). Click on the Total row for the "Number to Select" column (4). Now, click on the "Add to End of List" button (5). To proceed to the next page click on the "Next" button.

STEP 6:
Select an option and click on the "Finish" button.

STEP 7:
The newly created file is saved. Click on the "OK" button to return to StudyMate.
