Theatre Program Outcomes

 
In addition to the college’s General Education Outcomes, students successfully completing a theatre course will acquire the program outcomes listed below  
    
Students completing a theatre course at Wallace Community College will understand and demonstrate:
  1. Increased understanding and awareness of the basic elements in theatre arts.
  2. Have a practical, working knowledge of how to produce a play on stage, including all related performance, script, design, and technical considerations.
  3. The ability to effectively use the theatre artist’s instrument-body, voice, and imagination.
  4. The ability to work in a group communication process to prepare elements for theatre production.
