1. Open Internet Explorer
   
   
2. Click Help on toolbar
   
   
3. Click About Internet Explorer
   
   
4. On the second line you will see something like - Cipher Strength:56-bit (Update Information)
   
   
5. This needs to be at least 128-bit.
