Wallace Community College has two separate Campus Foundations that are located on the Sparks Campus and Wallace Campus. Each Foundation Board meets quarterly or as required to conduct the business of the Foundations.

The Wallace Campus Foundation was established in 1992 to support general advancement, scholarships, humanities programming, and health and life sciences expansion. Monies raised by the Foundation are designated to assist Wallace Campus students with scholarship opportunities. The Sparks State Technical College Foundation was organized in 1991 to support the former Sparks State Technical College by providing scholarships, instructional support, and professional development for staff members. In 2004, the Board of Directors changed the name of the Foundation to the Wallace Community College Sparks Campus (WCCS) Foundation. Monies raised by the Foundation are designated to assist Sparks Campus students with scholarship opportunities.
