MSSC Certification Training-5 weeks and up

Wallace Community College offers MSSC Certification Training. Participants gain valuable training leading to certification as a Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) or Certified Logistics Technician (CLT-which specifically targets warehousing and logistics).

The courses cover core competency areas for higher skilled, front-line material handling workers across all supply chain facilities: factories, warehouses, distribution centers and transporters. Individuals are assessed for three credentials: The foundational-level CLA is a prerequisite for the CLT.

Requirements

  • State issued photo ID
  • Minimum placement TABE score of 6.0 on math and reading assessments

Certified Logistics Associate (5 weeks) $1,025

Week 1 and 2 CLA certifications (classroom) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Week 3 Forklift training (classroom portion and palletizing) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Week 4 and 5 Forklift training – hands-on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Certified Logistics Technician (2 weeks) $500

Prerequisite:  Individuals completing the Certified Logistics Associate will be eligible to enroll in the Certified Logistics Technician course.

Week 1 and Week 2 Certification-classroom only, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm
