Information for Guests

Guests

Each graduate is provided five (5) guest tickets, which will be distributed during cap and gown pickup. Guests must present a ticket for entry to the ceremony.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, every guest—regardless of age—must present a ticket for entry.

Flash photography is permitted. Phones and cameras are allowed.

A professional photographer will be on site to photograph graduates before the ceremony begins. Only graduates who have placed and paid for an order in advance will be photographed.

Graduates may place an order online at the Mark Broadway Photography website or call (334) 798-9455.

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

The venue will open 45 minutes prior to the ceremony. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for security screening and to be seated before the ceremony begins.
