The CIS 146 Challenge Exam is available for students who are pursuing degrees in programs that require competency in Computer Science. These programs include but are not limited to: Associate Degree Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Physical Therapist Assistant, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapist, Surgical Technology, Associate in Science, and Associate in Arts degree (as per the 2021-2022 College Catalog and Student Handbook). Students would be required to take CIS 146 if they are not successful on the CIS 146 Challenge Exam. Students pursuing a program that includes CIS 146 as a part of the curriculum will be required to take the CIS 146 course.

The CIS 146 Challenge Exam is given in Grimsley Testing Center room 126 on the Dothan Campus.

Students interested in taking the CIS 146 Challenge Exam on one of the dates listed below should email your request for a test date and time to Students should use a valid email address that is checked often. Register at least 24 hours prior to the exam. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address used for registration. Students must arrive 15 minutes prior for testing to the Grimsley Testing Center room 126 on the Dothan Campus.
