Wallace Community College also offers a number of privately funded scholarships through external agencies. These scholarships may have specific requirements beyond those established by the College. Consideration is given to students who meet requirements set forth in the respective scholarship guidelines.
Fall 2024 Troy University Presidential Transfer Scholarship

The Presidential Scholarship is awarded to Alabama residents and covers the cost of tuition for four consecutive semesters, excluding summers, provided the student adheres to the scholarship requirements. Students must apply and be admitted to Troy University’s main campus for Fall 2024. They must have earned at least 45 transferable credit hours and hold a cumulative college grade point average of at least 3.5 by the spring 2024 term. Students must provide a WCC transcript confirming 45 transferable credit hours. If students plan to meet this requirement using the spring 2024 courses, they should wait until grades are posted to their transcripts before submission. Applicants cannot have previously been degree-seeking students at Troy University or any other university.
