Equity in Athletics Policy

Wallace Community College is committed to ensuring equitable access to all programs and activities that impact students, regardless of their gender, including student participation in athletics.

If you believe that you are being treated inequitably due to your gender or have questions about your rights under Title IX (the federal law that guarantees your right to equitable participation), please use the form below to submit a complaint.

Equity in Athletics Appeal Request Form

Students who choose to file an appeal of a sanction imposition must request an appeal hearing within three (3) working days from receipt of the sanction.  The appeal must expressly state the grounds of such appeal, which are limited to newly discovered evidence, violation of procedures, conflicts of interest, or that the imposed sanction was unduly harsh, improper, or lenient under the circumstances.
