City of Ozark Proclaims April as Community College Month

Ozark Mayor Charles Ward presents WCCD Dean of Instructional Affairs Leslie Reeder with a proclamation declaring April Community College Month in Ozark.

The City of Ozark, led by Mayor Charles Ward and the Ozark City Council, has officially proclaimed April as Community College Month, recognizing the important role Wallace Community College plays in education, workforce development, and community growth across the region.

Dean of Instructional Affairs Ms. Leslie Reeder accepted the proclamation on behalf of the College and expressed appreciation for the City’s continued support of Wallace’s mission to serve students and strengthen communities.

Community College Month is celebrated each April to highlight the impact community colleges have in expanding opportunities and building a skilled workforce.
