Wallace Community College‑Dothan (WCCD) will celebrate the achievements of graduates from both the Wallace Campus in Dothan and Sparks Campus in Eufaula during a joint commencement ceremony held Monday, May 11, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Dothan Civic Center.
The ceremony will honor the Class of 2026, including Summer 2025, Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 graduates, recognizing their academic achievement, dedication and perseverance.
This year’s commencement ceremony is a ticketed event. Each graduate will receive five guest tickets, distributed during cap and gown pickup. All guests, regardless of age, must present a ticket for entry. Seating is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
The venue will open 45 minutes prior to the ceremony. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for security screening and seating. Parking is available in multiple lots surrounding the Dothan Civic Center.
The Dothan Civic Center has a clear bag policy. Each guest may bring one clear bag or tote, not exceeding 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. Clear bags larger than the approved size, along with camera cases and camera bags, are prohibited. Additional prohibited items include balloons, confetti, noisemakers, signs, wrapped gifts, and weapons, including pocket knives. Flash photography is permitted, and phones and cameras are allowed.
