WCCD to Host CTE Career Fair on April 16

Wallace Community College-Dothan (WCCD) will host a Career Technical Education (CTE) Career Fair on Thursday, April 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Cunningham Hall Cafeteria on the Wallace Campus in Dothan.

The event will connect students with a wide range of employers and organizations representing career opportunities across multiple technical and workforce fields. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore career pathways, learn about current job openings, and engage directly with industry professionals.

Confirmed participants for the event include AIDT, Airgas, Alabama Air National Guard, Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Alabama Department of Public Health, All In Credit Union, American Red Cross, Baker Distributing Company, City of Dothan, Coleman Worldwide Moving, CoreCivic, Dothan Chrysler Dodge, Dothan Police Department, FCI Marianna, Grace’s Adventure Club, Grand Canyon University, Houston County Road & Bridge, Hyundai, Kiddie Care Learning Center, Personnel Resources, and VuePoint Diagnostics.

The CTE Career Fair provides a direct link between education and employment, reinforcing the College’s commitment to preparing a skilled, work-ready workforce.
