Free Training – Spring Schedule

  • April 22–23 — Carpentry Helper Training
  • April 28–29 — Electrical Helper Training
  • May 6–7 — Plumbing Helper Training
  • May 13 — Forklift Training (Minimum age 18)

All training will take place on the Eufaula Campus.

Participants must have an Alabama state-issued ID or be currently employed by an Alabama-based company.

Introduction to Welding Classes Are Now Available

4-Week Course • Hands-On Training

Wallace Community College is now offering Introduction to Welding classes on the Dothan and Eufaula campuses.

This 4-week course introduces basic welding techniques, including:

  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (Stick)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG)
  • Flux Cored Arc Welding

Upon completion, participants should be able to perform basic welding activities suitable for home hobbyist and farm applications.
