The mission statement of WCC acknowledges the Institution’s desire to inspire and facilitate learning to “prepare its constituents for current and emerging opportunities and to promote economic and social development in the communities it serves.”  The Surgical Technology Program fully supports this mission and seeks to provide its students with the tools necessary to be successful in their career choice.

The table below provides current summary information related to the achievement of SUR students and graduates. Minimum thresholds have been established by the Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (ARC/STSA) and, where applicable, are indicated in the column headings. For additional information, please contact Ms. Bailey Sheffield at bsheffield@wallace.edu.
