Career Pathways is a program designed to guide adult learners through progressive steps towards the highest levels of education and employment in growing occupations. Each step is designed to prepare the adult learner for the next level of employment and/or education and to guide them to a credential with labor market value.

Career Pathways provides on going assistance through academic support and work readiness training. Career Pathways also connects individuals to local solutions within the workforce, education, social services communities.
